Finance Info Assistance EAD is the legal successor of Finance Info Assistance EOOD, after a change of legal form entered on 22.10.2025 in the Bulgarian National Bank. Finance Info Assistance EAD is the first company in Bulgaria to receive a license from the Bulgarian National Bank to carry out activities as a credit servicer for the activities under Art. 6, para. 2, items 1 and 3 of the Credit Servicers and Credit Buyers Act. The company is also a financial institution entered in the Register of Financial Institutions under Art. 3a of the Credit Institutions Act with registration number BGR00528.
Finance Info Assistance EAD provides services related to the collection of overdue receivables – legal actions and telephone collection.
The company provides the opportunity to purchase (assign) receivables or a package of receivables, highly qualified legal services and consultations mainly in the order and enforcement proceedings related to the collection of overdue receivables.
In its activities, it works through contracts for assignment, factoring, forfeiting, debt portfolio management, purchase and restructuring of loss-making businesses, financial engineering.
