Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) replaces the directive 95/46/EC on data protection. It has a direct effect and its purpose is to protect the “rights and freedoms” of individuals and to ensure that personal data are not processed without their knowledge and, where possible, that they are processed with their consent. The management of FINANCE SECUTITY GROUP JSC, is provided compliance with EU and Member State Legislation regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of the “rights and freedoms” of persons whose personal data FINANCE SECURITY GROUP JSC collects and processes under the General Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
